What to do?

Have you lost your motivation? I'll be honest... I have.

With the new job I have found it very hard to eat like I should. 9/10 I haven't been hungry in the mornings so I skip breakfast and at lunch I am lucky if I have 15 min to actually eat so I usually don't bring a full meal.  

Right now I am trying to find a workout that works best for my busy schedule and needs. I am looking at the different work outs that beach body offers but I haven't decided yet. 

I keep looking at my engagement ring and somehow I find a little bit of motivation. I am hoping once I find a new job I hope to really get back to eating better and working out daily!

Just Dance



 One of my favorite "work outs" to do at home is Just Dance  on the Wii.

Lately I have been playing Just Dance 2015. I got it all set up with the internet and I have been doing the world dance. I haven't been able to be in the top 50 yet but I won't give up until I get in the top 20. 

The other day I played/danced for 15 min and did 1,000 steps! It is a great work out in a short amount of time and IT'S FUN! 

When working out is fun you want to do it more often and when you exercise more you reach your goals faster!  



What is your favorite Just Dance? I haven't decided yet.
