What to do?

Have you lost your motivation? I'll be honest... I have.

With the new job I have found it very hard to eat like I should. 9/10 I haven't been hungry in the mornings so I skip breakfast and at lunch I am lucky if I have 15 min to actually eat so I usually don't bring a full meal.  

Right now I am trying to find a workout that works best for my busy schedule and needs. I am looking at the different work outs that beach body offers but I haven't decided yet. 

I keep looking at my engagement ring and somehow I find a little bit of motivation. I am hoping once I find a new job I hope to really get back to eating better and working out daily! 



What do you do when you don't have motivation?
