Welcome!

Hello! I'm Sara! This is going to be a blog where I talk a little bit about the type of fitness I like! 


I try to exercise as much as possible and I try to reach 10,000 steps a day! Man that can be hard! 


I love doing Zumba, playing Just Dance on the Wii and I will be getting it for the PS4 very soon, I belong to a gym and I try to make smoothies as much as possible to stay healthy!
