New Year New You!

It's that time of year again....       New Years!



Every year millions of people make resolutions to...

  • lose weight 
  • start exercising
  • eat right 

How many people actually stick to this? My guess is not many. My advice, make your resolution realistic! Don't go crazy and say this year I will lose 100 lbs.. Yes it is possible but it could take major changes! Instead say my goal is to lose 20 lbs this year! By setting smaller goals they are easier to reach and if you go over your goal you will be EXCITED!!  

Another big tip! Figure out how you will reach your goal... 
  • do 3 jumping jacks a day
  • cut back on sweets
  • take the steps instead of the elevator
  • etc! 
Just remember! You got this!


My New Years Resolution is to get my body wedding dress ready! I want to tone my body so I can look perfect for my big day! 500+ days to go! I got this! A couple ways I will reach my goal

  • reach 9,000- 10,000 steps per day
  • eat well balanced meals
  • go to the gym 
  • workout at home

  1. This is awesome Sara, good job! My main goal this coming year is to gain 10lbs of muscle and to achieve this I will be doing P90X! :-)

  2. I deff want to lose weight but my time limited though so going go the gym a no go but I do wanna start with small workouts at home

    1. Great idea! Working out at home can be just a good as the gym! Maybe something like the Jump of the January would be a good place for you start!
